The cat isnt being strangled, it just went into a frenzy all of a sudden and started jumping around, the man is not swinging him, the cat is jumping, the only explanation is that the cat is mad.

It wasn't the cat's fault. The fault is of the previous owner. I wouldn't euthanize it. I would let the cat relax in a clean facility for a while and then see how he is.
