Right you are! He was also in one of the 3 Ninjas movies where he played "Dave Dragon" and had to battle terrorists at some points. I remember seeing the actor in S.W.Muscles who plays Lenny the Elf on That 70s Show. Well spotted, Papmalaeeyo!

He's also been in some other movies. In one of them, he has to look after and protect a bunch of kids from like assasins or something. It was called Mr Nanny or something. And by the way, two of the stars from this movie were on That 70s show.
