And that would do... what? Look, to everyone complaining about this: 1) He didn't put the cats up there. They went up voluntarily. 2) As has been said, cats are highly dexterous. The design of their ribcage actually allows them to walk on narrower rails than this. 3) To try and shoo them off the railing could, quite possibly, startle them inadvertently and cause them to fall. Even trying to grab one could startle the other. Why risk it? They're better off left to their own devices here.

Um, yes it is his fault. And that's way more than 1 level. He's LAUGHING at the prospect of them suffering a very terrible death. This guy should be dangled over the edge of a balcony.

its not the guy's fault his cats walk on the balcony, and by the sounds of it, most of you havn't heard - cats can land safely from very high drops. The only drop they usually injure themselves on is 1 level, as they don't have time to position themselves.
